    Wheres Phone Support??

    This is what turbine says its hours for phone support are: "Turbine Billing Support Phone Number (12:30 PM EST - 8:30 PM EST, Mon - Fri): (781) 407-4020".... Well its 2:00 EST, and when you call billing support, it says "YOU ARE CALLING OUTSIDE OF REGULAR HOURS", then it says "PLEASE VISIT THE SITE FOR SUPPORT" ... in the phone message it even says the same hours. Im guessing this is a mistake?? Because, well, now its the weekend so all those who needed phone support have to wait untill this is fixed : (

    edit: Actually im sure this is not a mistake in terms of the hours you listed, because it is a weekday. YOU GUYS JUST ARENT THERE FOR SOME REASON, this game needs customer support, and the lack of it is ridiculous??

    It is entirely possible that this is the result of a "glitch" in their automated telephone handling system. These days, it seem's that we have to penetrate numerous layers of "press one for... Press 2 for..." etc., before actually getting to a human being.

    I would suggest that you send e-mail directly to Turbine Customer Support and advise them that their system appears to be OoC. You'll probably get faster results than squawking in here.
